Our Story
We've been in digital marketing and SEO for over 14 years each — between us, that's nearly three decades of working with businesses across every sector you can think of.
And after all that experience, one thing kept bothering us. The way SEO has always worked — for us and for most of the industry — is straightforward: research keywords, optimise pages, build links, get rankings, and then check if revenue went up. The strategy was never directly connected to revenue from the start.
You worked on the main pages, the important products, the high-volume keywords. You got them ranking. And then you waited. Sometimes revenue went up. Sometimes it didn't. And when a store owner asked “which keyword actually brought us that revenue?” — nobody had a clear answer.
The truth is, ecommerce businesses don't survive on keywords. They survive on revenue. And we realised the entire SEO process was working backwards — starting from keywords and hoping to reach revenue, instead of starting from revenue and working backwards to the keywords that drive it.
So we built a system that creates a clear revenue map from your search data. It tells you which keywords have the potential to bring revenue but aren't performing up to the mark, how much each one is costing you, and exactly what to do to fix it. That system became the GSC Intelligence Framework. And that framework became Ampiono.
Every SEO recommendation we make starts with your actual search performance — not estimates from third-party software. Your store's data is unique. Our analysis respects that.
Rankings are nice. Traffic is nice. But if they don't connect to your bottom line, they're vanity numbers. We measure every opportunity in dollars — because that's what actually keeps your business growing.
Not all keywords are equal. A customer searching “buy red leather handbag” is worth ten times more than someone searching “leather care tips.” We prioritise the opportunities that generate revenue fastest.
No black boxes. No “trust the process.” When we show you a recommendation, we show you the data behind it. If it doesn't make sense, ask us — we'll explain it in plain language until it does.
The People
Two SEO veterans. Nearly three decades of combined experience. One shared belief: ecommerce SEO should start from revenue, not keywords.
Deepak is the person you'll speak with. The one on your calls, walking you through your audit, and translating every data insight into a growth plan that actually makes sense for your business.
With over 14 years in SEO and digital marketing, Deepak spent most of that time following the industry's standard playbook — rank keywords, report traffic, hope the revenue follows. It worked, mostly. But “mostly” isn't good enough when a store owner is investing real money and asking real questions about returns.
What sets Deepak apart is a fundamental shift in perspective. He stopped thinking about SEO as a ranking game and started treating it as a revenue engine. Every keyword either makes you money or it doesn't. Every page Google shows a buyer either converts that attention into a sale or loses it to a competitor.
That clarity is what he brings to every client relationship. No technical jargon — just revenue, opportunities, and priorities. When Deepak walks you through your audit, you'll understand every number, every recommendation, and exactly why it matters to your bottom line.
Co-Founder · Technical SEO, Data Analysis & Research
Prefers spreadsheets over selfies. We tried getting him on camera once — he sent us a pivot table instead.
Behind every number in your audit, there's Sachin. He's the one who lives inside the search data — and honestly, he's extraordinary at it. With over 14 years in technical SEO, deep data analysis, and search research, Sachin has the rare ability to look at raw search data and see patterns that most people would walk right past.
He handles the technical SEO audits, the deep-dive data research, and the analytical work that makes our methodology different from anything else in the market. When we say every recommendation is backed by real numbers, Sachin is the reason we can say that with confidence.
Most SEO professionals rely on third-party tool estimates to guide their strategy. Sachin works directly with your actual search data — your real numbers, your real performance. That's the difference between a guess and a diagnosis.
Where others see a spreadsheet of keywords, Sachin sees revenue leaks, missed opportunities, and the exact path to fix them. That analytical depth is what powers every recommendation Ampiono delivers.
Sachin digs deep into your data and finds the truth. Deepak makes sure you understand it and profit from it. Together, that's the full picture.
How It Works
We built a proprietary system that answers three questions about your ecommerce store. In plain language.
Google is already showing your products to thousands of people every month. But some of them — including many who are ready to buy — are seeing your listing and choosing a competitor instead. We find every product and keyword where this is happening, and measure exactly how big the gap is.
We don't just say “fix this page.” We calculate the actual revenue impact: how many potential buyers you're losing, what percentage would have purchased, and what your average order is worth. Every opportunity gets a real dollar figure based on your own data.
Not every opportunity is worth the same effort. We rank all of them by how much revenue they can recover and how realistic the improvement is. Your roadmap starts with the highest-value, most achievable wins — so you see results fast.
The Output
A prioritised revenue map where every item has a dollar value — built entirely from your own data.
Not a list of keywords. Not a traffic forecast. A clear action plan that tells you what to fix, in what order, and how much each fix is worth.
Who We Work With
We don't do SEO for law firms, dentists, or SaaS companies. Ampiono exists for one thing: ecommerce. Because ecommerce is where SEO and revenue connect most directly.
We understand seasonal search patterns, style-driven queries, and the signals that separate someone browsing from someone buying.
We integrate your store's conversion rate and average order value directly into our analysis, so every keyword opportunity has a revenue value attached.
If your store is doing $10K+ per month and you're ready to treat SEO as a measurable growth channel instead of a line item you can't explain, we're built for you.
