The terms governing your use of the Ampiono website and engagement with our ecommerce SEO services. Please read these carefully before using our services.
By accessing the Ampiono website (ampiono.com), submitting a contact form, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Ampiono provides ecommerce SEO consulting services built on our proprietary GSC Intelligence Framework. Our services include, but are not limited to:
The scope and deliverables for each engagement will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
The GSC Revenue Audit is free and does not require refund provisions. For the Full SEO Strategy, if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon analysis (e.g., insufficient GSC data to produce meaningful insights), we will issue a full refund. Once the strategy deliverable has been presented to you, the engagement is considered complete and is non-refundable, as the value lies in the data analysis and strategic recommendations delivered. Ongoing Growth retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel future billing at any time.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
The GSC Intelligence Framework, including all models (QCOM, GA4 Revenue Intelligence Model, Engagement and Bounce Rate Model, Algorithmic Latency Engine (ALE), and any future models), algorithms, methodologies, code, processes, and analytical approaches, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ampiono. Our engagement with you grants no license, ownership, or rights to our framework or methodology.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use all deliverables (audit reports, strategy documents, roadmaps) for your internal business purposes. You may share deliverables with your internal team, contractors, or other agencies you engage. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our deliverables publicly without written permission.
You retain full ownership of your Google Search Console data, Google Analytics data, ecommerce data, and all business information you provide to us. Our access to your data does not transfer any ownership or rights to Ampiono.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes:
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period of 24 months. We are happy to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
We may request permission to feature your results as an anonymised case study on our website. We will never publish your company name, specific data, or identifiable information without your explicit written consent. All published case studies use anonymised data and generic industry descriptions unless you provide written approval for named attribution.
SEO is inherently unpredictable. Google's algorithm considers hundreds of factors, many of which are outside our control. While our framework uses data-driven models and probability-adjusted projections, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Our projections represent realistic estimates based on your current data and established probability factors, not promises.
Our services rely on data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, outages, or data accuracy issues originating from these platforms. If Google modifies its API, data availability, or search algorithms in ways that materially affect our analysis, we will communicate the impact and adapt our approach accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ampiono's total liability arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ampiono in the 12 months preceding the claim. Ampiono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
The content on the Ampiono website (including blog posts, case studies, and educational materials) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of website content.
Upon termination, we will provide all completed deliverables and delete your raw data within 90 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ampiono harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these terms, your misuse of our deliverables, inaccurate information provided by you, or your implementation of SEO recommendations in ways that violate Google's guidelines or applicable laws.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
Ampiono reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For active engagements, material changes will be communicated directly via email. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
